Happy Birthday "Mamaw" Renee
Renee's birthday was March 24th, and it has taken me this long to find where I'd saved this picture to. I'm very good at that! I'll save a photo to use on our Grandma page, then I can't find it when I'm ready to use it...Sorry about being late getting this on here. Anyway, Renee didn't want a cake, so Emmie and I surprised her with a big chocolate pie! Emery wanted to put sprinkles and candles on it of course, but I explained that we really shouldn't. She was a bit disappointed and told me; "Well it's not very pretty!!!" I promised her the next time we make a pie, we would decorate it!

Introducing....Mr & Mrs. Jakie Poo
Emery and Jake had a good afternoon together today. Renee kept Emery while I went to the doctor, and the two little ones were as pleased as punch about that! They had a Happy Meal from McDonalds, played with toys, played music and danced, but the funniest part was when they were carrying on a conversation (like two adults) pretending they had a little baby. Emery asked Jake what their baby's name was, and after a slight hesitation, Jake proudly announced "Champion!" Well, that sounds like a good name to me! Now that Jake is saying that Emery is his girlfriend, and she's telling me that Jake is her boyfriend,(she calls him Jakie poo) they really come up with some cute conversations. A week or so ago, Jake poured her some juice and put some crackers on a plate and told her to come eat. She wasn't listening...he then very firmly told her; "I said come and eat!!!!" Watch out Emery, your hubby sounds a little like he's going to be the boss of the family!

I'll bet Mamaw had a mess to clean up by the time they got through playing in her bathroom sink.

** It's been awhile since I've had anything to post about these two, as my camera was at Emery's house, and Renee hadn't been able to get them together long enough to take a picture of them together....looking back to the beginning of our Grandma page, it's hard to believe they have grown so much. The first pics of them, Emery was barely sitting alone, and their two little bald heads were so cute!

The Anderson Bunch
***Sung to the tune of David's favorite song; "The Brady Bunch Theme Song".
Here's a story about a gal named Rhonda... who was working very hard at the pizza hut...then one night a real cute boy whose name was David... came in to feed his rumbling hungry gut...
When he saw Rhonda.. he said "I love her"... and they got married right away out in the rain... then this hungry boy said I want me a family, so a few months apart the babies came...
They popped'm out..just like pez candy, and soon their little happy clan became complete... so it's no wonder now.... with three in college, it's so hard just keeping shoes upon their feet...
that's why they're barefoot... in all these pictures...that Donnie Coffman charged a fortune just to take ...
if only David had ask his "mommie", I'd got it done for half the price for goodness sake!
So next time David..call on Michael... he would have saved you a pocket full of dough...
and come this fall son, you'll surely need it, when off to college too your last will go...
By then your pockets... will be plumb empty, and I'll be patching again your last blue jeans...
and writing more songs about David and Rhonda so they will know how much to me their family means........
*** Happy Valentines David and Rhonda, and Thanks for all you both do for me!
