What a Difference a Year Makes!

Ever since Emery has been big enough to climb over into this big crock, it has been her favorite spot! She would sit in it, climb in and out of it, play and watch TV in it. She has almost outgrown it! Her legs are getting so long she can hardly squat down in it anymore. The solution? Just prop up and sit on top of it!
One big crock of "sweetness" for sure! The crock was originally used to make pickles in and belonged to Emery's great-grandmother "Nannie" Stone.

Growing Like Weeds!

Mason and Sarah (Emily and Todd Unthank's twins babies) have grown so much since I last posted their photo. Mason looks a lot like Nate (and Todd too)I think, but little Miss Sarah is beginning to look like her Mom.
"Emily, they sure are cutie pies, and I will be so happy to get to see them at Emery's birthday party next Saturday. I can hardly wait until Sarah is big enough to play (little sister things) with Emery. Then again, as rambunctious as Emery is, they might prefer to be out playing football with the boys or climbing trees instead of dress-up and having tea parties!"

Emery's birthday is this month, and she will be having pony rides at her party. Hopefully it won't be raining that day as her party will be held at Logan Park.
She is really excited about it, and can't wait to get to ride with Jake and Nate. (I know that for a fact because she said so!)
