A Spring Day With Dad

Sunday was a nice warm day, so after church Emery got to have lunch out in the yard.

Well being the "forgetful" grandma that I am, we went to Irvine yesterday to a birthday party for Gabriel, but I left my camera in the chair by the door. Thinking that Michael would have his, I didn't come back and get it. Nope, he forgot his too, so I didn't get a birthday photo of Gabe. However, I think this one is of his birthday when he celebrated it in Florida this year. If not, oops!

Jake on his way to church with sister Cheyenne and his mom and dad. "You are Looking very handsome Tooter!" I wish Mamaw could have taken a picture of you and Emery together in your Easter outfits! How cute would that have been!
Jake ended up with about 45 eggs in his basket! He should have won the prize for having the most eggs, but "somebody" must have miscounted! Better luck next year Jake!

Emery's grandmother(Grandee) from Texas came in for an Easter visit. Emery had lots of fun making Easter cookies and coloring eggs. It appears the "Easter Bunny" was laying down on the job, ha ha.

Happy Birthday Gabriel!

Today is Gabriel's birthday. I called him this morning and sang happy birthday to him. He's in Florida having a ball. His dad said it was kind of cold there too today, so they were going to the movies instead of the beach.
He was in Florida last year on his birthday too. Gabe shares a birthday date with his great-grandfather, "Pa Hardy". This picture was made while on that trip. Happy Birthday Pa and Gabe!

Emery goes to the circus!

Brooke made Emery a dress with clowns on it to wear to the circus. You can't see the dress in this photo, but you certainly can see how adorable she looks getting ready to go! She enjoyed the tigers and the motorcycle riders, but the two clowns there could use some lessons on how to be funny! Usually the clowns are the best part of a circus, but these two were the only disappointment of the whole show! I wish I had a way of letting them know that!

Spring Break for Cheyenne

This week was spring break, so Cheyenne was at Mamaw's house today too. Emery went over there to play for awhile. Mamaw took this picture of them.
